Accessibility

The websites of public administrations have the duty to comply with the accessibility criteria indicated in the UNE 139803: 2012 standard . This regulation establishes a series of characteristics that every Web portal must comply with if it wants to be accessible, also serving as the basis for the ICT Accessibility Certification (Web Accessibility) currently in force in Spain.

Likewise, the administration's websites must satisfy all the verification points of priority 2 (adequacy of level Double A) defined in the specification of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) by the Web Accessibility Initiative ( WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

This site has been designed adapting to current standards and regulations in relation to accessibility, for which reviews are carried out prior to each publication of new content. In any case, it is possible that you will find a page that does not comply 100% with these standards, since some of the sections contained in the portal are in the process of adaptation and improvement. If you experience any difficulty in accessing the information contained in this website, please contact us. We will make the necessary improvements as soon as possible.

Hot keys

By pressing a combination of keys you can quickly access certain pages or page contents.

  • Key 1: Home page
  • Key 2: Catalog of procedures
  • Key 3: Electronic folder

Depending on the browser you use, the procedure is different. Below we explain how it works for the most common browsers.

  • Opera: Shift + Esc + key

Text size

Font sizes are defined with relative units so you can enlarge or decrease the font size from the browser options:

  • Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Firefox: View> Text size
  • Opera: View> Zoom
  • Safari: View> Make text larger
  • Chrome: Control current page> Text size

To resize everything on the page (zoom effect):

  • Ctrl + + to increase it
  • Ctrl + - to decrease it
  • Ctrl + 0 restores the original size

Switch to high contrast

In the upper right part of the header there is a high contrast option that shows the background in black and for the text in white, in this way people with vision problems can access the information more comfortably. You can return to the original presentation by pressing again.
