Approved the tender for the improvement works in the Casa Grande I and Casa Grande II industrial estate

This morning, the Local Government Board of the Torrevieja City Council approved the contracting file, supporting report, table of characteristics and technical specifications, administrative clauses and expenditure for the contracting of the improvement works in the Industrial Estate. Industrial Casa Grande I and Casa Grande II.

This contract aims to improve the facilities and infrastructure of the Torrevieja industrial estate, carrying out various actions that improve its use and security, for which the following actions will be carried out: installation of video surveillance cameras and installation of information signage in the Casa Grande I and Casa Grande II industrial estates, replacement of luminaires in the Casa Grande II industrial estate with LED technology.

The base tender budget for the contracting of the infrastructure improvement works of the industrial estates of Torrevieja amounts to the amount of 459,030 euros (VAT included). The execution period established by the approved project is one month. This period will begin to count from the date of formalization of the contract. It is expected that at the end of this month of November the works will be awarded and during the month of December they will be fully completed.

These infrastructure improvement works include installation work on lighting and signage systems, installation of outdoor lighting equipment, closed-circuit surveillance system, video surveillance system and signage banners.

Finally, it is worth highlighting the joint work between the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Casa Grande Business Park and the Torrevieja City Council to carry out this first phase of work in the industrial estate, and in 2024 the redevelopment works of the industrial estate will be carried out according to It was agreed with the association.
