Social Responsibility Awards, 2025

RESOLUTION of September 4, 2025, approving the regulatory bases and the call for applications for the Social Responsibility Awards, fiscal year 2025.

Object :

1. The awards aim to highlight actions or good practices in the management of social responsibility by entities in the Valencian Community.

2. The purpose of this call is to announce, on a competitive basis, the second edition of the Social Responsibility Awards, 2025.

Beneficiary Entities and Persons

The following are eligible to receive the awards: companies, including cooperatives and social economy entities, private entities, organizations and associations, and self-employed workers with workplaces, offices, or establishments in the Valencian Community.

Entities that submitted their candidacy for the 2024 Social Responsibility Awards may apply again for the same project, submitting a new application and updated relevant responsible declarations, provided they expressly state this intention in the new application.

In this case, the project and documentation submitted in 2024 will be incorporated into the 2025 awards file.

Entities may also expand or modify this documentation within the deadline established for submitting applications for the 2025 awards.

Types of Good Practices that are eligible for the awards

Social responsibility initiatives carried out in the Valencian Community that target people, the natural or civic environment, may be awarded.

Two modalities are called:

MODALITY 1. Social responsibility actions that target people and are related to the actions and principles set out in Title I of Law 18/2018, of July 13, for the promotion of the social responsibility of the Generalitat Valenciana.

MODALITY 2. Social responsibility actions that target the natural or citizen environment and that are related to the actions and principles set forth in Title I of Law 18/2018, of July 13, for the promotion of the social responsibility of the Generalitat Valenciana.

Awards

1. The prizes will consist of a certificate or diploma of recognition received and the financial allocation established in this section.

2. In accordance with the award proposal of the evaluation body, regulated in the twelfth base, the following prizes will be awarded:

a) For entities included in section 1 of the register of socially responsible Valencian entities, excluding public administrations and entities included in the instrumental public sector:

First prize: 7,000 euros.

Second prize: 4,000 euros.

Third prize: 2,300 euros.

Section 1 of the registry of socially responsible Valencian entities includes public administrations, universities, and other organizations and entities belonging to the public sector, as well as organizations, public law corporations, private associations, and social economy entities.

b) For entities included in section 2 of the register of socially responsible Valencian entities:

First prize: 7,000 euros.

Second prize: 4,000 euros.

Third prize: 2,300 euros.

Section 2 of the registry of socially responsible Valencian entities lists companies with more than 50 employees.

c) For entities included in section 3 of the register of socially responsible Valencian entities:

First prize: 7,000 euros.

Second prize: 4,000 euros.

Third prize: 2,300 euros.

Section 3 of the registry of socially responsible Valencian entities is used to register self-employed workers and companies with up to 50 employees.

3. Special mentions may be awarded, without monetary endowment, if the quality of the initiatives presented and not awarded merits it, at the discretion of the evaluation body.

4. In the event that there is an unallocated credit due to the declaration of void prizes in either category, said credit may be proportionally increased by the amount of the remaining prizes that have not been voided.

Participation Requirements

1. Entities mentioned in the second rule that have carried out actions or good practices in the management of social responsibility of entities in the Valencian Community during 2023, 2024, and 2025, in accordance with the third rule, may participate in the awards.

2. Participation as a beneficiary entity or individual in this call will be incompatible with being part of the evaluation body.

Application Submission Deadline

1. Applications must be submitted within one month, starting from the day following the publication of this call in the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana.

2. Submission of the application to participate in the awards implies the express acceptance and adherence of the applicant entities and individuals to the rules and conditions contained in these regulatory bases and call for entries, as well as to the jury's decision and participation in the awards ceremony, if one of the selected candidates is selected.

3. Each individual or entity may only submit one project for each category. If the same individual or entity submits more than one project, the last one submitted will be considered. If the same individual or entity submits a project for each category, they must submit as many different submissions as there are categories for which they are eligible. Failure to comply with the deadlines and conditions of this rule will result in the exclusion of applicants from the call.

4. To submit the application electronically, you will need an electronic signature, using a certificate recognized for citizens issued by the Electronic Technology and Certification Agency, www.accv.es, or an electronic DNI (National Identity Document) and any other recognized certification authorities.
