Modification of Partial Plan Sector 20, "La Hoya"

IT IS HEREBY ANNOUNCED: That by agreement of the Local Governing Board dated December 5, 2025 and CSV 4TC4PR9C6RW9DZ456JR9QYEXY the following agreement was adopted:

FIRST.- To initially approve the Modification of the Partial Plan for Sector 20, "La Hoya", which consists of the following documents:

SECOND.- Open a public information period of forty-five days by means of an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Community and in one of the most widely circulated newspapers, so that it can be examined and, where appropriate, any allegations, objections or observations that may be deemed appropriate can be made.
During the same period, the file will be available to anyone who wants to examine it, with an indication of the electronic address https://torrevieja.es/es, where all the documentation that makes up the plan can be consulted.
