The " EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP "VIDES DE LA MATA BARCO DE SAL " project presented by the Torrevieja City Council proposes a training action that has culture as the dynamic axis of the fight against discrimination and will include the implementation of two professional certificates .

  • Auxiliary operations of administrative and general services (ADGG0408).
  • Administrative activities in the relationship with the client (ADGG0208).

These programs are configured as mixed employment and training programs, which, promoted mainly by local entities, aim to increase the employability of unemployed people or people with precarious employment registered in public employment services as job seekers, with the aim of facilitating their insertion. labor, combining training with employment, by carrying out training actions in alternation with the execution of works or the provision of services of public utility or social interest, giving priority to projects of an innovative nature, taking into account their impact on new sources of employment .

The actions of this program are susceptible to being co-financed by the European Social Fund.

GRANT OF NOMINATIVE GRANT TO THE ENTITY ADIEM SENTIT FUNDACIÓN COMUNITAT VALENCIANA

The Torrevieja City Council, by decree of November 23, 2023, granted the entity ADIEM SENTIT FUNDACIÓN COMUNITAT VALENCIANA a nominative subsidy in the amount of 100,000 euros to promote a project whose general objective is to help develop individualized and comprehensive recovery processes that favor the acquisition and recovery of the personal and social skills and competencies of people with disabilities due to serious mental illness, from person-centered planning work and promoting their decision-making capacity and management of their personal life, promoting the empowerment of people , through collaboration in the new construction of a Day Center for people with serious mental health problems, with 30 places, in the municipality of Torrevieja.

WOMEN'S EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP "LA BELLA LOLA II". Selection process for management, teaching and student personnel

The EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP project "LA BELLA LOLA II" presented by the Torrevieja City Council proposes a training action that has culture as the dynamic axis of the fight against discrimination and will include the provision of two professional certificates:

• Auxiliary operations of administrative and general services (ADGG0408).
• Administrative activities in the relationship with the client (ADGG0208).

The Employment Workshops program is configured as a mixed employment and training program that aims to improve the employability of the female job seekers to whom it is directed by carrying out works or services of public utility or social interest that enable student workers the realization of effective work through the alternation training contract that, together with the professional training for employment received, seeks their professional qualification and favors their job insertion.

During the development of the Employment Workshop, the student workers will receive professional training for employment appropriate to the occupation to be performed, aimed at learning, qualification and acquisition of professional experience, according to the draft training plan, for the purposes of which training will be dedicated for employment a minimum of 35% of the duration of the project.

The actions of this program are likely to be co-financed by the European Social Fund .
