Extension of the validity of the Strategic Environmental and Territorial Report of the Detailed Study of Distribution Area No. 78

IT IS HEREBY ANNOUNCED: That by agreement of the Local Governing Board dated October 26, 2026 and APLJEQ46GPSWFLAQRHRMDPEMA, the following agreement was adopted:
“FIRST.- To agree to the extension of the validity of the Strategic Environmental and Territorial Report of the Detailed Study of the Distribution Area No. 78 that was approved in the Local Government Board on 11/11/2022 and CSV 764PWMK27FSWAXDDJ93DC7FF4, given that there have been no substantial changes in the essential elements that served as the basis for carrying out the strategic environmental and territorial assessment, and to extend its validity for two additional years in accordance with article 53.7 TRLOTUP.
