Beneficiaries: Youth associations, Federations or Confederations of Youth Associations. Youth Sections of social entities or non-governmental organizations, made up of members between the ages of 14 and 30 of the entity, who have recognized functional autonomy, organization and self-government in their Statutes for specifically youth affairs. Entities that provide services to youth, dedicated exclusively to carrying out activities in favor of youth as expressly provided in their statutes.
