Eligible actions:

• Installation of elevators in buildings without an elevator
• Renovation of existing lifts, installation of stair lifts, ramps, automatic door opening incorporating motorized mechanisms or other accessibility devices, as well as any accessibility measure that facilitates the autonomy and independent life of people with reduced mobility in buildings
• Installation or provision of support products such as cranes or similar devices Installation of information, communication or warning elements
• Installation of hearing support products for accessibility in the environment Installation of electronic elements or devices for communication between the
• homes and abroad
• Installation of alarm devices in the elevator that guarantee a visual, auditory and two-way communication system with the outside in cases of emergency and entrapment
• Home automation installation and other technological advances to promote personal autonomy
• of the elderly or disabled
• Any intervention that facilitates universal accessibility in the buildings of collective residential typology that are the object of this program, as well as in the evacuation routes of these
• Any intervention that improves compliance with the parameters established in the basic document of the technical building code DB-SUA, safety of use and accessibility

Coverage: between 20 and 80% depending on the score
