Resolution of April 30, 2025, of the Ministry of Innovation, Industry, Commerce, and Tourism, issuing a call for grants for entrepreneurs and SMEs to support the start-up and consolidation of their business projects for the 2025 financial year.

Object:

Grants for entrepreneurs and SMEs to support the start-up and consolidation of their business projects.

These grants will be processed on a competitive basis.

Beneficiaries:

These grants are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs who have started their activity in the last five years, meaning:

• Natural persons (individual entrepreneurs).

• SMEs with their own legal personality, legally constituted. For the calculation of the five-year period

• The date of registration for the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) will be taken as a reference, in the case of individuals.

• In the case of SMEs with legal personality, the date of registration of the public deed of incorporation in the Commercial Registry, or in the corresponding registry according to its legal nature, will be taken into account.

In both cases, the deadline will be calculated until the date of publication of the Call for Proposals Resolution in the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV), which is May 8, 2025.

Deadline for registration in the IAE/registry: May 8, 2020.

Excluded from the call:

• Communities of property.
• Civil companies without legal personality.
• Non-profit entities

Beneficiary Requirements:

Only entrepreneurs or SMEs who:

• Have their registered office in the Valencian Community.

• Are linked to booming sectors of activity that offer future opportunities.

Note: Exceptionally, and with prior justification in the business project model, other emerging sectors may be considered.

Sectors considered to be booming activities:

• Transport, sustainable mobility and logistics • Cybersecurity, digital services, technology and artificial intelligence

• Environment, sustainable development, circular economy and renewable energies

• Agricultural and food

• Rural world and Smart Cities

• Artistic, recreational and entertainment activities

• Tourism and hospitality

• Financial and real estate services

• Sport, health, well-being and aesthetics

• Care economy

• Aerospace sector

• Education

Amount of Aid:

The MINIMUM SUBSIDIZABLE BUDGET for the business project will be 5,000 euros , excluding VAT.

Applications whose eligible budgets do not reach this minimum amount will be INADMITTED.

The aid will consist of a 70% subsidy on the total eligible expenses , with a maximum amount of €15,000 per beneficiary.

Application deadline:

The application period will be open from May 12 to June 12, 2025 , inclusive.
