The mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolón, has issued a municipal statement in which he informs that on Saturday, August 21, the 8th stage of the Cycling Tour of Spain will take place, whose itinerary runs through the main streets and avenues of the Torrevieja municipal term. For all these reasons, the roads and streets indicated in this Side will be cut off between 12:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. and between 1:30 p.m. and 2:15 p.m., traffic and circulation being totally prohibited. parking on these streets and avenues in this period of time. The withdrawal of vehicles from the route will be carried out from 04:00 hours on August 21 and, given the importance that this sporting event has for Torrevieja, the maximum collaboration of all citizens is requested.
