At the end of the year, the reorganization works of the Los Locos beach promenade could begin

The Local Government Board (JGL) has approved this morning the hiring of project drafting, construction management and health and safety coordination for the redevelopment of Avenida Dr. Mariano Ruiz Cánovas (Los Locos beach). The winner of this simplified open procedure has been Juan Ignacio Fuster Marcos, for a contract price of 73,221.40 euros (VAT included), with the following improvements declared in his offer: 60-day reduction in execution times, so it takes from 6 to 4 months to write the project.

The secretary councilor of the Local Government Board, Federico Alarcón, has reported that, in this way, at the end of this year 2022 these redevelopment works of the Paseo de Los Locos could begin. Some very necessary works in one of the urban beaches of Torrevieja that will considerably improve the current image of this promenade.
