Next Monday, June 13, the registration period for the summer swimming courses opens

The Councilor for Sports of the Torrevieja City Council, Diana Box Alonso, informs that next Monday, June 13, and until Friday, June 17, the registration period will be open through the electronic headquarters for the summer swimming courses for children and young people between the ages of 2 and 14. In-person registration at the “Tavi y Carmona” Sports Palace will open on Wednesday, June 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The Department of Sports has offered a total of 264 places for the two introductory and advanced courses.

COURSE 1: from July 4 to 29.

COURSE 2: from August 1 to 26.

The courses, which will take place in the outdoor municipal swimming pool of the Palacio de Deportes, will be held two days a week (Monday and Wednesday/Tuesday and Thursday) from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., from 6:00 p.m. 6:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Parents of children ages 2-5 who cannot swim will be able to interact with them in the water.

The price of the course will be 30 euros, with 50% discounts for large families, single parents and disability of more than 33%, victims of terrorism and victims of gender violence (submit documentation).
