The 27th edition of the Torrevieja Book Fair has been presented. It will be held from April 12 to 21 at Paseo Vista Alegre.

The Councilor for Culture of the Torrevieja City Council, Antonio Quesada, and the manager of the Municipal Institute of Culture "Joaquín Chapaprieta", Miguel Fernández, presented this morning the 27th edition of the Torrevieja Book Fair, which will be held on Paseo Vista Alegre from Saturday, April 12 to Monday, April 21.
The Fair will open on Saturday, April 12, at 12:00 p.m. with the traditional tour to visit the caseteros (case vendors). Later, in the activities tent, we will enjoy the opening ceremony of the Book Fair, featuring the presence of Madrid-based journalist, writer, and producer Juan del Val, with whom we will share a brief talk and a subsequent book signing.
A total of 52 authors will sign their works throughout the Fair.

The Councilor for Culture highlighted the record participation, with a total of 20 companies dedicated to the literary sector, including bookstores, publishers, and associations.
Likewise, we will have more than 50 writers, some from Catalonia or Madrid.
Antonio Quesada also closed the press conference, thanking local organizations such as the Municipal Theatre School and associations like Ars Creatio and 3MAP for their collaboration, thanking all booksellers for their participation, and inviting all citizens to enjoy and visit the Fair, learn about the literary offerings, and participate in all the activities.
