The contracting file for drafting the project and managing the adaptation and expansion works at the Libertas High School has been approved by the General Assembly of the Government of Spain.

The Local Government Board (JGL) of Torrevieja City Council approved this morning the contracting file for the drafting of the project and management of the works to adapt and expand an existing center to the school profile, comprising 24 compulsory secondary education units, 6 baccalaureate units, 10 cycle units with 20 training units, plus a cafeteria at the IES Libertas, financed through the Edificant Plan.

The deadline for drafting the project is four months from the date of notification of the award agreement by the Contracting Authority and for construction management. The base tender budget for the project is €209,760.88 (VAT included). The planned investment for all the renovation and expansion works at the Libertas High School amounts to €3,149,262.68.

Torrevieja City Council's Education Councilor, Ricardo Recuero, reported that the planned projects also include expanding the center to accommodate training courses in Administration and Finance, training courses in Commercial Services, and training courses in Sales and Commercial Space Management.

Torrevieja City Council will issue an invitation with a request for proposal to the successful bidders for Lot 3 of the framework agreement, through the Public Sector Procurement Platform:
