One of the most common causes of mortality among startups is conflict between partners. The division of responsibilities and tasks, the arrival of new partners or investors, or the adoption of strategic decisions can all strain the relationship between founders, effectively blocking the company's operations or exhausting the team and clients.
In these cases, a shareholders' agreement that anticipates conflicts and presents acceptable solutions can be a lifesaver for your company. In this talk, we'll explain how to set one up so you can address your business's main challenges.
