The 4th edition of the “Ricardo Lafuente” scholarships for the development of musical talent has been announced.

The 3MAP Music Association, in collaboration with Torrevieja City Council, the "La Caixa" Foundation, AGAMED, and Toloal Ingeniería de Seguridad, is launching the fourth edition of the "Ricardo Lafuente" Musical Talent Development Scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year.

These scholarships are intended for students enrolled in Elementary Education at the "Francisco Casanovas" Professional Music Conservatory in Torrevieja. The goal is to encourage the study of music and support families in developing their children's musical talent.

The call for applications includes up to 80 scholarships, which will cover the full tuition fee and provide books for the Music Language course on loan. These books must be returned in good condition at the end of the course, as part of the Ricardo Lafuente Book Bank.

Scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis, taking into account economic and family enrollment criteria.

Key dates of the call:

-Application submission deadline: June 10, 2025
-Application deadline: July 31, 2025
-Period for correcting documentation: from August 1 to 4, 2025
- Publication of the provisional resolution: no later than August 11, 2025
-Deadline for claims: 5 business days from the publication of the provisional resolution
-Final resolution: no later than August 15, 2025
