2025 Alicante Gastronomic Fair Program

This year, Torrevieja is dedicating a special space to its salt flats, a true symbol of the city's identity, and to the seafaring tradition that characterizes its cuisine. Torrevieja City Council and the Association of Hospitality Companies of Torrevieja and the Region aim to highlight these elements to give greater visibility to what makes us unique and strengthen Torrevieja's image as a gastronomic destination.

Throughout the program, there will be tastings, show cooking sessions, tastings, and workshops paired with iconic dishes made with salt from our lagoons, offering the public an authentic and unique experience. Tradition, creativity, and local products come together to offer an unforgettable experience.

A program organized by Torrevieja City Council and its Department of Hospitality and Tourism, in collaboration with the Torrevieja and Region Hospitality Business Association.
