The access road to the Marina Salinas fish market and marina in the port area has been opened.

This afternoon, Tuesday, September 23rd, the traffic diversion road opened for access to the fish market and the Marina Salinas Marina. This road consists of a carriageway with one lane inbound to the port and another outbound to the city center, as well as a pedestrian crossing to ensure the flow of traffic from Paseo de La Libertad at all times.

The commissioning of this temporary detour, opened today, will allow the work to begin to remove the structure of the Levante Dike promenade from its starting point, from the starting point at the Monument to the Man of the Sea to its connection with the start of the rehabilitation work on the dike, which is currently nearing completion.

With the removal of this structure, it will be possible to complete the foundation and structure of the ramp and walkway connecting to the "Paseo del Mar" Leisure Center, currently under construction at the city's port. The project, with a project cost of €2,630,583, is being carried out by ORTHEM SERVICIOS Y ACTUACIONES AMBIENTALES SA.
