EUREKA: MUSIC AND SCIENCE

Juan Amodeo has established himself as one of the most followed comedians in Spain (he has more than a million followers on social media) thanks to his presence on social media and his ability to fill theaters across the country.

TWO SPECIAL GALAS

On Wednesday, October 1st, the International Day of Older Persons Gala will be held at the Municipal Theater, an evening dedicated to celebrating the talent, creativity, and active role of older persons in the cultural life of Torrevieja.

Organized by the City Council's Department for Senior Citizens, the event has already sold out. It will include the Photography Contest awards ceremony, as well as artistic performances, recognitions, and emotional moments that will highlight the contributions of seniors to society.

The following day, Thursday, October 2, Torrevieja will celebrate the feast of the Holy Guardian Angels, patron saints of the Local Police. Following a religious ceremony at the Parish of the Immaculate Conception, the official ceremony will be held at the International Auditorium to present recognition and merits to nearly 200 Torrevieja Local Police officers.

Among the event's highlights, the Gold Shield will be awarded to the Local Civil Protection Group, and a tribute will be paid to officers who have completed 20, 25, and 35 years of service, as well as those who have retired in the last year.
