The Department of Equality organizes the Women's Coexistence Day "Connection, Courage, Inspiration"

The Torrevieja City Council's Department of Equality is organizing a Women's Coexistence Day on November 8th. The event will be held in Lo Albentosa Park in la Mata, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

This day will feature pelvic floor workshops, a yoga Nidra session, a meditation session, group and creative dynamics, dance connection, and conscious movement, all in a green, natural space within the La Mata Lagoons Natural Park, an ideal place to enjoy the natural environment in our town.

The overall goal is to foster personal growth, promote conscious self-care and well-being, and provide personal tools that can be used in daily life.

Participation is free (22 places). Registration and being of legal age are required. Registration can be made by emailing igualdad@torrevieja.eu (full name, ID number, postal code) from October 22 to November 6.

Material needed for the day:

* Yoga mat

* Cushion

* A blanket that isn't too big

* Notebook and pen

* Water bottle

* Comfortable clothing

* Some shelter

* Long skirt
