The contract for the secondary electrification works of the port area has been awarded to the company Abala Infraestructura, SL

The Local Governing Board (JGL) of the Torrevieja City Council has awarded the contract for the secondary electrification works of the port area to the company ABALA INFRAESTRUCTURAS, SL///ORTHEM SERVICIOS Y ACTUACIONES AMBIENTALES, SAU, submitted jointly, for a total amount of 7,863,401.06 euros, and with the following commitments declared in their offer:

- Increase in the warranty period for the works by 15 additional three-month modules, starting from the warranty year required in the contract.

- Reduction of the execution period of the work by 15 complete modules of one calendar week each, which implies a reduction of 15 calendar weeks, on the execution period foreseen in the specifications.

- Technical report on contract execution.

Finally, it should be noted that the works will be completed by next summer of 2026, after the application of the reduction in the execution period offered by the company.

The contract for the remodeling works of the quay of the fishing pier of the Port of Torrevieja and the urbanization of the Mínguez pier has been awarded.

Today, the Local Governing Board (JGL) also awarded the contract for the remodeling works of the fishing pier at the port of Torrevieja and the urbanization of the Mínguez pier to the company GONZALEZ SOTO SA for an amount of 5,055,519 euros, with a completion period of four months.

The criteria declared in their offer include extending the warranty period by a total of 45 additional months (15 modules of three months) from the year of warranty required in the contract; and reducing the execution period by six weeks.
