11th edition of the Consumer Voucher, from November 24 to December 31, with a municipal investment of €500,000

On November 14th and 15th, appointments to purchase vouchers in person will be available at the Apymeco Office, located at 145 Ramón Gallud Street. A total of 3,400 appointments will be distributed starting at 9:00 AM. In-person sales of vouchers for this eleventh edition will take place from November 18th to 26th, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. There will be no sales on Saturday, November 22nd. Vouchers can be redeemed at participating businesses from November 24th to December 31st (inclusive).
The Councillor for Commerce and Hospitality, Rosario Martínez, announced at a press conference in the plenary hall of the Torrevieja Town Hall, with representatives of the board of directors of APYMECO, that this eleventh edition makes available to citizens a total of 500,000 euros (which represents an economic impact of 1,000,000 euros). Among its new features, those who purchase the vouchers must be over 18 years of age, and up to 50 euros in vouchers can be purchased per person (100 euros to spend in participating establishments).
Online sales:
Starting next Monday, November 17, at 3:00 p.m., the voucher can be purchased electronically through the website enabled for this purpose (torrevieja.bonoconsumo.es) in one's own name, and by those persons in possession of any of the electronic or digital certification systems recognized by the National Mint and Stamp Factory (FNMT), electronic ID (General Directorate of the Police), Valencian Government (ACCV), as well as any other recognized by state bodies.
Appointment delivery:
On November 14th and 15th, starting at 9:00 a.m., at the Apymeco office, with a total of 3,400 appointments scheduled to be given out.
In-person sales:
From Tuesday, November 18th to Wednesday, November 26th, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, the Consumer Voucher can be purchased in person at the Apymeco office, located at 145 Ramón Gallud Street, by individuals over 18 years of age who possess a valid Spanish National Identity Document (DNI) or Foreigner's Identity Number (NIE), acting on their own behalf, and with a prior appointment. This requirement does not apply to individuals with disabilities or physical impairments, who may purchase the Consumer Voucher through their parents or legal guardians upon presentation of the supporting documentation that proves their disability, the DNI or NIE of the person being represented, and proof of their appointment.
The Consumption Vouchers can be redeemed at participating establishments between November 24 and December 31, 2025 (both dates included).
