Cybersecurity Awareness and Training. Informative talks for the public. Wednesday, December 3 and Thursday, December 4, 2025. Multifunctional Hall (Council Chamber) of the Torrevieja Town Hall
The aim is to raise awareness among attendees about the importance of cybersecurity. Recommendations, tips, and best practices for protection will be offered.
The content of each talk is independent of the other talks given within the framework of the #INCIBEemprende program, a program to boost the National Cybersecurity Industry .
You can attend one or both talks, in any order, without affecting your understanding of the content. Participation is free and no prior registration is required. Admission is free until the Multifunctional Hall reaches capacity.
In order to facilitate attendance, talks V and VI will be repeated, so that on both Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 of December, the day will have the following structure:
First session: 09:00 to 11:00 hours.
• Talk V "Protect your digital identity: privacy, reputation and online footprint"
The aim is to raise awareness about the importance of managing our personal information on the Internet and to show concrete measures to preserve privacy, especially on social networks and online services.
Second session: 11:30 to 13:30 hours.
• Talk VI "Disinformation and digital trust: the new citizen challenge"
It combines security, critical thinking, and digital well-being. It explains how disinformation, hoaxes, deepfakes, and emotional overexposure affect public trust, institutions, and social cohesion.
