The Department of Coexistence and Integration of the Torrevieja City Council, through the Pangea Office, is launching a new initiative for 2026 aimed at the migrant population of the municipality under the title "Wednesday of Wellbeing: A new home, a new opportunity".

This initiative was created to address one of the most important, and often overlooked, dimensions of the migration process: mental health and emotional well-being. Migrating is a journey full of challenges, requiring adaptation and integration into a new environment, where emotions surface and can be difficult to manage. Therefore, the Pangea Office has identified the need to offer a safe space for personal and psychological support.

Through these sessions, the aim is to support migrants in their integration process, providing them with emotional and personal tools that contribute to improving their overall well-being and building a fulfilling life in the host society.

The Wellness Wednesdays will be held monthly, from February to December 2026, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Multipurpose Building. The program is limited to a maximum of 20 participants, allowing for close and personalized attention.
