The Councillor for Culture of the Torrevieja City Council, Antonio Quesada, together with the manager of the Municipal Institute of Culture “Joaquín Chapaprieta”, Miguel Fernández, has presented the XXVIII edition of the Torrevieja Book Fair, an event already consolidated in the cultural calendar of the city and which will be held from March 28 to April 6 in the Vista Alegre promenade.
