The company PAVASAL, the highest rated by the contracting committee to be awarded the contract for the redevelopment works of Playa de los Locos, with an offer of 8,592,352 euros

At the Contracting Committee meeting held this morning, the economic offers submitted by each of the 11 companies vying to be awarded the contract for the redevelopment works of Los Locos beach were opened.

The company PAVASAL, with a 14.65% discount on the tender price, was the best positioned, with an offer of 8,592,352 euros, to carry out urbanization works to give the promenade sufficient size to allow the circulation and interaction of people, improve accessibility to the beach, and allow a better relationship between the city and the beach, more direct, friendly and suitable to the new needs of the 21st century.

In the coming days, the Contracting Committee will propose this company as the provisional awardee and will proceed to request the necessary documentation for the final award and subsequent signing of the contract.

The redevelopment of Los Locos beach will create more green spaces, pedestrian areas, trees, street furniture including children's play areas and outdoor fitness areas. The project involves over 1,100 meters of coastal pedestrianization and covers a total area of 21,044.75 square meters.
