EXECUTION OF THE WORKS AND PHASES

The Councillor for Urban Services, Sandra Sánchez, has reported that the execution of the works will be organized in 4 defined operational phases, which contemplates the progressive use of each area once completed, in accordance with what is planned in the tender specifications and guaranteeing access to the beach from different areas of the work.

The area covered by the first phase of implementation will be that between the confluence of La Sal street with La Purísima Avenue up to Habaneras Avenue, this section being the one that will produce the least impact next summer.

Regarding the impacts on the urban environment, interferences related to road and pedestrian traffic, public transport, access to homes and garages, commercial activity and existing services will be addressed individually, adapting the management of the impacts to the specific circumstances of the tourist environment.
