In this workshop, we will focus on one of the most crucial (and most challenging) levers for sustained innovation: culture . Because simply launching initiatives is not enough if the organization lacks the habits, leadership, and dynamics that facilitate the emergence of ideas, their testing, and their transformation into results.

With the help of Jesús Navarro (Expert in foresight and strategic innovation/ Speaker. Director of INNSAI) we will see how an innovative culture is recognized in everyday life (behaviors, signs, common barriers), what role leadership plays in promoting it and how to design a realistic plan to activate it within the company.
