David Domínguez: The weirdo of the 90s

On Friday, May 29, at 8:30 p.m., the Torrevieja International Auditorium will host David Domínguez with his show "The Weird Guy of the 90s," a humorous performance full of irony, nostalgia, and generational references.

With over 15 years of experience in the world of comedy, David Domínguez offers a fun and mischievous journey through the experiences, customs and most recognizable characters of the nineties.

The show brings back everything from the mythical "urban tribes" to the ways of flirting of that era, passing through everyday situations and characters as absurd as they are endearing, all with the friendly and casual style that characterizes the comedian.

A proposal designed to reconnect with an entire generation through humor and collective memory.

National Performing Arts Competition

Next Saturday, May 30, from 09:30 a.m., the Torrevieja Municipal Theatre will host the National Performing Arts Competition, an important event that will bring together dance schools from different autonomous communities, and which has already sold out all its tickets.

During the event, more than 400 participants will complete a day where many dance disciplines will be reflected, including: classical dance, contemporary dance, jazz, show dance and acrodance, in an event that will also serve as a qualifier to be part of the National Team that will represent Spain in the World Championship.

The top-ranked participants will compete in Slovenia in November 2026 in the classical, contemporary and jazz dance categories, while a month later they will travel to Poland to participate in the Show Dance and Acrodance categories.

The event will also feature the special collaboration of Patricia Montero and Álex Adrover, reinforcing the artistic and professional nature of the competition.

The Invisible Magician: Nothing is what it seems

On Sunday, May 31st, at 6:00 PM, the Torrevieja Municipal Theatre will host Nothing is what it seems , the show by illusionist Dakris, known artistically as "The Invisible Magician".

The proposal combines teleportation, disappearances, mentalism and illusions with objects from the audience in a show that constantly plays with perception and the boundary between reality and imagination.

In addition to great visual effects, the show focuses on strong audience interaction, allowing attendees to participate from their seats or even directly on stage.

Dakris has established himself as one of the most recognized magicians of the new generation of Spanish illusionists, accumulating important national and international awards, including the "Best Magician of the Year 2012" award and the "First National Magic Prize".

A surprising and interactive show designed for audiences of all ages, which is already selling its last tickets.
