Torrevieja City Council and APYMECO are launching a new summer campaign with over 5,000 euros in prizes to encourage shopping in local businesses.

The “Epic Shopping” campaign will run from July 3rd to August 31st and will reward purchases over 20 euros made at participating establishments.

The Councillor for Commerce, Rosario Martínez, highlights the importance of supporting small businesses as an economic engine and job creator, while APYMECO encourages residents and visitors to enjoy a shopping experience with instant prizes.

The Councillor for Commerce and Hospitality of the Torrevieja City Council, Rosario Martínez, together with the president of APYMECO, Jorge Almarcha, presented at a press conference the new summer campaign to boost commerce "An epic commerce", an initiative that will once again encourage purchases in local establishments during the summer months by distributing more than 5,000 euros in direct prizes.

This campaign, organized by the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of Torrevieja (APYMECO), has the collaboration of the Torrevieja City Council, Aquópolis Torrevieja, FACPYME and numerous associated businesses, consolidating itself as one of the most important commercial promotion actions of the summer season.

SHOPPING AT LOCAL BUSINESSES WILL HAVE ITS REWARDS ALL SUMMER LONG

The campaign will run from July 3rd to August 31st. During this period, anyone making purchases over €20 at any of the participating stores will be able to take part in the promotion and have a chance to win numerous instant prizes.

The objective is twofold: to encourage shopping in local businesses during the peak tourist season and, at the same time, to reward the loyalty of regular customers and visitors who choose Torrevieja's shops.

OVER 5,000 EUROS IN GIFTS AND DIRECT PRIZES

Among the prizes that participants can win are official kits from the ÉPICO football team, tickets to Aquopolis Torrevieja, 40% discounts to access the water park, backpacks, reusable bottles, lunchboxes, hats, sunglasses, fans, eco-friendly bags and many more surprises that will be added throughout the summer.

Thanks to the involvement of collaborating entities and participating establishments, this initiative will allow more than 5,000 euros in prizes to be distributed, turning every purchase into a chance to win.

The Councillor for Commerce and Hospitality, Rosario Martínez, highlighted that the City Council continues to support all initiatives that contribute to strengthening local commerce, boosting economic activity and supporting small businesses in the municipality.

He also highlighted the ongoing collaboration between the City Council and APYMECO to develop campaigns that increase commercial activity, promote local consumption, and strengthen the competitiveness of a sector that is fundamental to the economy of Torrevieja.

For his part, the president of APYMECO, Jorge Almarcha, explained that this new edition of the campaign aims to make shopping a more attractive experience for customers and visitors, reminding everyone that every purchase made in local businesses represents direct support for the city's business fabric and, in addition, can translate into a reward for those who choose local establishments.

The "An Epic Commerce" campaign once again unites merchants, institutions and collaborating companies with a common goal: to continue promoting commerce in Torrevieja as a benchmark for quality, proximity and personalized attention.
