The City Council is extending the municipal registry service with afternoon service on Tuesdays by appointment.

The Torrevieja City Council, through the Department of Internal Affairs, has extended the service of the Municipal Registry with a new afternoon time slot every Tuesday, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., by prior appointment.

The Councillor for Personnel and Internal Affairs, María José Ruiz, has reported that this measure aims to facilitate municipal procedures for those who, due to incompatibility with their work schedule, lack of time or health problems, find it difficult to go to the Town Hall during the regular morning opening hours.

A total of 50 appointments are made available every Tuesday, distributed between two services:

-GENERAL REGISTRY: exclusively for the submission of applications, documents, and other paperwork addressed to any municipal department or other official bodies. It is important to note that during these special afternoon hours, no procedures related to other specific municipal departments will be carried out.

-DIGITAL CERTIFICATE: Citizens can come to obtain the Digital Certificate, which allows them to identify themselves electronically and carry out numerous administrative procedures electronically and independently.

The City Council also informs that no new Cl@ve Permanente registrations will be processed during this afternoon, as this service depends on the PROP office of the Valencian Government, which maintains its service exclusively in the morning.

The Councillor for Personnel and Internal Affairs emphasizes that this extension aims to eliminate time barriers and bring the municipal administration closer to citizens, offering an alternative to those who have difficulty carrying out their procedures during the mornings.
