Torrevieja celebrates a new day of the Health School on personal tools and the healthy use of Artificial Intelligence
The Department of Public Health of the Torrevieja City Council is organizing a new session of the School of Health, which will take place next Thursday, September 24, at 8:00 p.m., in the Palace of Music, with free admission until full capacity is reached.
This session will feature Dr. Pedro Moreno, PhD in Psychiatry, who will give a lecture entitled "How to make your life work better: personal tools and healthy use of Artificial Intelligence."
The initiative will bring citizens closer to different tools and strategies aimed at improving personal well-being and dealing with certain everyday situations in a healthier way, also incorporating a very current issue such as the use of Artificial Intelligence.
PERSONAL WELL-BEING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
During the conference, Pedro Moreno will address the importance of having personal resources that allow one to better manage difficulties, improve emotional well-being, and promote habits that contribute to a more balanced life.
The event will also pay special attention to the healthy use of Artificial Intelligence, a technology that is being rapidly incorporated into numerous areas of daily life, from work and studies to leisure, communication and information searches.
In this sense, the session aims to offer guidelines for taking advantage of the possibilities offered by these new technological tools from a responsible, balanced perspective that is compatible with health care and personal well-being.
The Councillor for Public Health, Rosa Cañón, points out that this new event continues the School of Health's mission to provide citizens with practical and accessible information on issues that can directly contribute to improving their quality of life.
A NEW APPOINTMENT FROM THE SCHOOL OF HEALTH
The School of Health develops different informative days aimed at the population, with the participation of specialists in matters related to physical and emotional health, prevention and the promotion of healthy habits.
With this new meeting, the Torrevieja City Council continues to offer spaces for dissemination and training that allow citizens to directly access specialized professionals and learn about tools applicable to their daily lives.
