BIGSOUND Torrevieja will hold its first edition on July 24 and 25, 2026, at Antonio Soria Park.

From October 17, 18, and 19, Torrevieja will become the center of Valencian gastronomy, highlighting our products and the city's cultural mix. The initiative, which represents a significant reduction on the usual rate, seeks to boost the local economy and facilitate access to the city center. The campaign includes a 30% discount on electric car charging for those who purchase any Multipass pass, applicable until December 31 in all Telpark car parks in Spain.

On Monday, July 7, from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 11:30 to 13:30 respectively, in the Multifunctional Hall (Plenary Hall) of Torrevieja City Hall, Smart To People will give two informative talks on Cybersecurity in the era of Artificial Intelligence and in the specific case of your smartphone.

The works have been awarded to the company UTE ORTHEM-ABALA TORREVIEJA, for an amount of 6,458,852.99 euros (VAT included), with an expected execution period of 18 months.

The Torrevieja University Intelligent Tourism Laboratory (TI·LAB), a joint initiative between Torrevieja City Council and the University of Alicante, presented this morning the report "Study on the Use of New Data Sources to Analyze Tourist Behavior in Torrevieja."

The YOUNG INNOVATIVE COMPANY program is funded by the Alicante Provincial Council and organized by the Elche CEEI (Center for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Innovation). This program aims to boost the projects of participating entrepreneurs and companies so they can adapt to the new situation, developing new business models and undergoing digital transformation.
