NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN THE PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE DRAFT REGULATIONS OF THE SECTORAL COUNCIL FOR CITIZEN PARTICIPATION AND YOUTH.

Given the participatory nature of the future Regulation and the direct impact of its content on associations, citizen entities, youth organizations and the general public, the Department of Citizen Participation has decided to submit the document entitled “ Draft Regulation of the Sectoral Council for Citizen Participation and Youth of the Torrevieja City Council ” to a PUBLIC HEARING , currently in the drafting phase.

Observations, suggestions or proposals to this prior public hearing may be made within 15 business days from the day following the publication of this announcement.

The announcement will be published simultaneously on the notice board of the Torrevieja City Council's electronic headquarters and the Torrevieja City Council's website ( torrevieja.es / ayuntamiento / consultas públicas previas / audiencia pública en el proceso de elaboración del proyecto de Regla del Consejo Sectorial de Participación Ciudadana y Juventud ).

The article or section of the draft to which the contribution refers must be indicated first, and then the alternative proposal or suggestion should be written.

Interested individuals or legal entities or institutions may submit their observations, suggestions or proposals by means of a general application , with reference to the file number and subject that appear in the header, addressed to the General Registry of the Torrevieja City Council in person or digitally through the electronic headquarters.

The purpose of this procedure is to promote citizen participation during the drafting phase of the regulatory project, without replacing the public information and hearing process provided for in local government legislation, which will be opened, if applicable, after the initial approval of the Regulation.
