Torrevieja opens registration period for Spanish courses aimed at international residents

Interested individuals can submit their applications from September 1st to 15th, and the courses will begin next October .

Gitte Lund Thomsen , Councillor for International Residents of Torrevieja City Council , has announced the launch of a new edition of Spanish Courses for foreigners , aimed at international residents registered in the city and designed to improve their language skills, both oral and written.

Registration will be open from September 1st to 15th , with the course scheduled to begin in October . The training will take place at the Be Magic academy facilities and will offer content adapted to beginner and intermediate levels .

The main objective of this initiative is to provide participants with the necessary tools to communicate effectively in Spanish , both in everyday life and in professional settings. In this way, the courses aim to facilitate the integration and independence of international citizens residing in Torrevieja.

Requirements and documentation

To participate in the courses, it will be necessary to have a regular administrative status and be registered as a resident in Torrevieja .

Applicants must provide the following documentation:

• Passport, TIE (Foreigner Identity Card), CUE Certificate, in the case of citizens of the European Union and identification document with photograph of the country of nationality.

• Certificate of registration.

• Duly completed registration application.

The application may be submitted in person at any of the following Torrevieja City Council registration offices:

• Town Hall Registry Office , in the Plaza de la Constitución.

• La Mata Registry Office , in Gaspar Perelló Square.

Those interested should note that these courses do not offer official certification upon completion . Their purpose is primarily practical: to provide the necessary language skills to navigate daily life more easily and facilitate integration into the Torrevieja community.
