The Torrevieja City Council organizes the selection and execution of FEDER operations as separate responsibilities within the Integrated Action Plan.

One operation, two responsibilities

The selection is the responsibility of the Management Unit; the implementation and execution are the responsibility of the Implementing Units.

Acceptance of the Functions Assignment Agreement

The Torrevieja City Council accepts the conditions and obligations arising from its designation as a Light Intermediate Body of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The acceptance that enables the exercise of the assigned functions

Through a responsible declaration, the City Council formalizes the acceptance of the conditions linked to its status as a Light Intermediate Body and assumes compliance with the obligations established for the management of the PAI.

Three institutional commitments

The declaration of responsibility articulates the acceptance in three points expressly included in the signed document.

ERDF financial pathway

The Local Entity declares that it has been selected as a beneficiary of an ERDF financial pathway to finance an Integrated Action Plan, in accordance with the final resolution of the call.

Obligations as an OIL

The City Council, in its capacity as a Light Intermediate Body, undertakes to fulfill the obligations and functions arising from Article 20 of Order HAC/1072/2024, of October 2.

Terms of the Agreement

The Local Entity accepts and guarantees compliance with the conditions and obligations established in the Functions Assignment Agreement contained in Annex III of the final resolution.

Formal commitment

An explicit acceptance of responsibilities

The declaration formally links the Torrevieja City Council to the framework of obligations associated with the designation as a Light Intermediate Body for the development of the PAI co-financed by FEDER.
