MAYOR PROVIDENCE

START OF PUBLIC INFORMATION PERIOD

In order to comply with the provisions of article 83 of Law 39/2015, on Common Administrative Procedure, and given the provisions of art. 6 of Law 19/2013, on Transparency, access to public information and Good Government and art. 14, 3.a.6, of Law 1/2022, of April 13, on Transparency and Good Government of the Valencian Community, prior to continuing with the processing of the approval file of the Municipal Equality Plan

I HAVE :

FIRST.- Start a public information period to give interested parties access to the MUNICIPAL EQUALITY PLAN OF THE TORREVIEJA CITY COUNCIL, for the purposes of consultations and allegations that are deemed appropriate.

SECOND.- The public information period will be open for a period of 20 business days from the publication of an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province.

THIRD.-The Municipal Equality Plan, the subject of this information, is available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of this City Council.
