PROJECT APPROVAL AND SUBMISSION TO PUBLIC INFORMATION OF THE SPECIAL CEMETERY PLAN AND CONSULTATION WITH AFFECTED ORGANIZATIONS

IT IS KNOWN: That by agreement of the Local Government Board dated July 4, 2025 and CSV 5DCWGX9DR5WRSK9YW43T5LDQF, the approval of the project was agreed, to begin the consultation process with public administrations and supplier companies together with the submission to public information of the Special Cemetery Plan.

In accordance with the provisions of article 61.1 of the consolidated text of the Law on land use planning, urban planning and landscape, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2021, of June 18, of the Consell, the public information procedure is opened to present allegations for a period of 45 working days from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Diaio Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana.

The documentation is available to the public at the Torrevieja Town Hall, in the Urban Planning Department, located at 10 Maldonado Street, on weekdays during office hours. It can also be accessed on the municipal Urban Planning website via the following link:
