The General Directorate of Cadastre of Alicante authorizes the establishment of the Cadastral Information Point, which will be located at Avenida Gregorio Marañón, nº 1

The Torrevieja Local Development Agency (ADL) will have a Cadastral Information Point as of next November 5, after having been authorized by the Alicante General Directorate of Cadastre. The office will be located at Avenida Gregorio Marañón, nº 1 and the following procedures may be carried out:
- Consultation of unprotected cadastral data, certification of the cadastral reference and mapping consultation.
- Consultation and certification of protected cadastral data, by the cadastral owners, their representatives or persons authorized by them.
- Negative certification of real estate or of the circumstance of not appearing as a cadastral holder.
- Consultation for cadastral holders about information related to requests for aid from the last campaign of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in relation to the rustic parcels of their ownership declared therein.
- Consultation and certification of cadastral data protected by the cadastral owners of the adjoining parcels, owners or joint owners of real, lease and sharecropping rights, as well as heirs and successors.
- Comprehensive information services, as well as citizen assistance (preparation of statements and use of the graphic assistant).

The Councilor for the Economy and Finance of the Torrevieja City Council, Domingo Paredes, has been very satisfied to incorporate this new service that will allow, not only citizens to carry out all the aforementioned procedures, but also speed up the processing of aid and subsidies that they require these types of queries.
The office will be open to the public on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
