BASES OF THE CALL FOR THE TESTS OF OBTAINING THE LOCAL TAXI DRIVER'S PERMIT. ANNUITY 2022

1. General rules

1.1- Process is called to obtain the local taxi driver's permit for the municipality of Torrevieja, corresponding to the year 2022. The number of permits is unlimited.

1.2- The selection process will be through the resolution of three tests, two of them theoretical and one of a practical nature.

1.3- The three tests will take place on the same day, at the times indicated in the call and will be conveniently published on the notice board of the Torrevieja City Council and on its website, as well as in the Official Gazette of the Province of Torrevieja. Alicante.

1.4- The different tests are described in the following sections of these rules.

1.5- To obtain the local taxi driver's permit, applicants must, in this order:

a) Pass the three tests provided for in these rules, according to the established criteria.

b) Provide the following documentation:

- Driver's license issued by the competent body that enables you to drive taxis.

- Identification document (DNI, NIE, Passport).

- Official medical certificate, certifying that you do not suffer from any physical impediment or contagious disease that disqualifies you from exercising the profession.

- Official report from the UCA (Addictive Behaviors Unit), or from the competent Official Body that has been assigned said functions at the time, stating that they are not addicted to hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances, or alcoholism.

- Lack of a criminal record related to traffic or driving, as detailed in the following section.

1.6- The provisions of Law 13/2017, of November 8, on the Taxi of the Valencian Community will apply.
