Youth presents its Youth Autumn 2022 agenda

The Councilor for Youth of the Torrevieja City Council, Domingo Paredes, informs that the new Autumn Youth Agenda of the Youth Information and Animation Center (CIAJ) is now available, corresponding to the months of October, November and December.

Domingo Paredes has indicated that a total of 15 activities and events make up the new youth program for the last quarter of the year, highlighting a Survival Zombie for Halloween, "Survive the Torrevieja Zombie", in the district of La Mata, on October 31, which will soon be presented; the “Torrerífico” horror short film festival, in collaboration with the headquarters of the University of Alicante in Torrevieja and the La Comarca Youth Association and, once again, a trip to Port Aventura on the weekend of November 5 and 6. In addition, it repeats this year the already traditional Gymkhanica of Patron Saint Festivities, which this year celebrates its VIII edition and will be held on Saturday, December 3.

In terms of training, the official free time and educational leisure monitor course for children and young people begins on October 3 at the CIAJ, and throughout the term, there will be a variety of courses and workshops such as a contemporary dance workshop, a beatbox course , lettering workshop and an English preparation course for level B1. In addition, an interesting preparation course will be offered for the entrance exams for the intermediate level of Vocational Training.

The IVAJ regional contest "Don't touch me on whatsapp" is also noteworthy to promote participation and awareness of violence against women among young people from HEIs.

Inclusive leisure outings, conversations in English with volunteers and other activities with the La Comarca Youth Association continue, such as “Smash Bros” video game tournaments and a softcombat workshop, among others.
