What do you have to do to differentiate yourself from the competition?

This initiative is aimed at agents of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and entrepreneurial projects. Where they will learn to study their competition with the help of a competitive analysis of customers, suppliers, price, products, services... that will allow them to know who is the direct competitor, the tangential one and who is not.

The session will focus on the practical explanation of the Industry Diagnosis, Mystery Shopper and Benchmarking tools of the BIK Idea methodology with the intention that agents and entrepreneurs can obtain the best results from it, given that the work carried out with these tools depends largely the successful evolution of any business project.
