Aid in the field of industrialization for investments of INDUSTRIAL SMEs of the Valencian Community that improve the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs from various industrial sectors, within the sixth phase of implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Valencian Industry, for the year 2023 (INPYME) . Industry.

The purpose is the granting of aid, under a competitive competition regime, for   support the implementation of investment projects that involve improving the industrial competitiveness of SMEs in the Valencian Community linked to the following sectors:

  • BIOTECHNOLOGY
  • AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION
  • VIDEO GAME PRODUCTION
  • ANIMATION AND AUGMENTED AND VIRTUAL REALITY
  • LEATHER AND FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY
  • CERAMICS
  • GLASS AND NON-METALLIC BUILDING MATERIALS
  • MANUFACTURE OF CONTAINERS AND PACKAGING
  • TOY
  • SPORTING GOODS AND OTHER MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES
  • WOOD MANUFACTURING
  • FURNITURE AND LIGHTING APPLIANCES
  • MARBLE
  • NATURAL STONE AND AGGREGATES
  • METAL-MECHANICAL

Beneficiaries

Private small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that develop or are going to develop in the Valencian Community a productive industrial activity directly linked to the industrial sectors subject to the call may be beneficiaries of these aids.

Investment projects that involve improving the industrial competitiveness of SMEs in the Valencian Community, through the creation of a new industrial establishment, the expansion, improvement or modernization of an existing establishment, as well as the diversification of production or Essential changes in existing production processes in an establishment, EXCEPT for the implementation of energy efficiency equipment or energy recovery or management systems.

Eligible expenses

The aid will consist of a maximum subsidy of 35% of the total expenses considered as eligible , although with the upper limit that the minimum total aid granted to a single company may not exceed 200,000 euros in the current fiscal year and in the two previous fiscal years, in accordance with the limits and conditions established in Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013 of the Commission, of December 18, 2013, regarding the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to minimum aid.

The start-up of the subsidized assets must take place between JANUARY 1, 2023 AND NOVEMBER 3, 2023. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon a reasoned request and submitted before OCTOBER 17, 2023, the General Directorate with powers in the matter de industria may authorize the extension of the term for the commissioning of some subsidized assets, up to a maximum of 9 months from November 3, 2023.

The minimum eligible budget for the industrial investment project will be 20,000 euros, excluding VAT, except for the sectors of biotechnology, audiovisual production and the production of video games, animation, augmented and virtual reality, which will be 10,000 euros, excluding VAT. Applications whose budgets accepted as eligible do not reach these minimum amounts will be INADMITTED.

The deadline for submitting applications will be from January 16, 2023 to March 3, 2023 , both included.
