On February 9, the CEEI of Castellón organizes a talk where the practical applications of the new Law will be addressed and its key points and weaknesses will be analyzed.
Its main objective is to encourage and promote technology-based entrepreneurship in Spain. To whom does this Law apply? Is it only for startups? What benefits does it bring? Does the situation of the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem really improve?
In this session, all doubts and questions about the new startup law, the main keys, benefits and its practical application will be resolved.
We will address questions such as: How will the "innovative character and scalability of the business model" of startups be assessed?
How is it going to be possible to apply for “emerging company” status and what problems does it entail?
How will the taxation of stock options improve and why is it so relevant as a mechanism to incentivize employees/collaborators?
