The Association Grupo Amigos Ex Adictos GAEX, Citizenship Award "Torrevieja Mi Ciudad" 2023

The mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolón, informs that the jury of the fourth edition of the "Torrevieja Mi Ciudad" Citizenship Award, met yesterday at the City Hall, after evaluating the candidacies presented and voting in accordance with the provisions of the bases of the contest approved by the Department of Citizen Participation, and in recognition of the work carried out, with special consideration for actions aimed at promoting the associative fabric of the town and improving the quality of life of the citizens of the neighborhood, district, or of the members of the entity itself, as well as the solidarity and humanitarian action carried out for the benefit of collectives or individual citizens, it is agreed to designate the GRUPO AMIGOS EX ADDICTOS GAEX ASSOCIATION as the winner.

All entities or associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Torrevieja City Council, and all citizens of legal age registered in the town can opt for this Citizenship Award.

The jury of this 2023 edition has been made up of the following people:

-The President by delegation of the mayor of Torrevieja, Sandra Sánchez Andreu, Councilor for Projects and Quality of Urban Services.

-The Vice President: Councilor for Citizen Participation of the Torrevieja City Council, Inmaculada Montesinos Pérez.

-Member: President of the Andalusian Cultural Association, Victoria Martínez Raya.

-Member: Vice President of the Solidarity Food Association, Martina Mazón Martínez.

-Member: President of the Musical and Cultural Association “Ars Aetheria”, Mamen Mateo Bosch.

-The Secretary (with voice but no vote), an official attached to the Department of Citizen Participation, Ángela Martínez Paredes.
