After the resounding success of the first edition of the "Torrevieja Weekend", held in 2022, an initiative promoted by the designer and businessman Eduardo Navarrete and the Torrevieja City Council. With an influx of 5,000 attendees, the city once again covers itself with fashion, crafts and celebrities from April 21 to 23, with a trade gala to which established designers from the national scene such as Maison Mesa and Enneges will join.

Arkano, Marta Belenguer, La Terremoto de Alcorcón, Luis Miguel Seguí, Lucía Jiménez and Varry Brava are some of the faces that join this weekend in which the Costa Blanca and the city of Torrevieja are claimed as a tourist, gastronomic enclave and where fashion and local commerce are resounding protagonists.

On this occasion, it will be the designs of Juan Carlos Mesa, designer of his namesake firm and former creative director of firms such as Agatha Ruiz de la Prada or the international Del Pozo, who will parade down the catwalk that will host Saturday afternoon at 8:00 p.m. in the emblematic Paseo de Vista Alegre. The firm Enneges, a pioneer in uploading the upcycling technique to national catwalks, will also show its creations there, as well as different local business points in the area.

This particular catwalk, which last year was awarded the title of being the largest in Spain and to which almost 5,000 attendees joined, is part of a series of activities that range from visiting tourist spots on the Costa Blanca such as the Las Lagunas de la Mata and Torrevieja Natural Park, to a walking route through local shops in the area, a vital muscle for the city's economy supported by celebrities and the national press.
