The mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolón, together with the councilor for Public Health, Prevention and Health Promotion and Consumption, Rosa Cañón, visited this morning the new municipal offices located on the central Clemente Gosálvez street, whose works rehabilitation just finished.

The works, whose investment has amounted to 48,000 euros through a minor contract, has involved the reconditioning of the entire space on the ground floor, including the installation of a new lighting and internet network, lacking only the new furniture, which is It is expected that it will have been acquired in approximately one month.

The mayor of Torrevieja has announced that these new municipal offices will house the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC), which is currently located in the Periférico de La Mata Town Hall, and the Community Prevention Unit for Addictive Behaviors (UPCCA). ), whose psychologist and social worker will move to this building to continue developing their work of information, advice, talks, etc.
