The Councilor for International Residents, Gitte Lund Thomsen, visited the British Embassy in Madrid

The Councilor for International Residents, Gitte Lund Thomsen, visited the British Embassy in Madrid, together with the Consul, Bernadette Gallagher, to see first-hand the work they do at the embassy.

In Torrevieja we have almost 5,000 British registered. In 2023 there was an increase of 2.4% compared to previous years. Therefore, it was a relevant meeting for the embassy to convey to us the new ways of proceeding and new services for British foreigners, in addition to sharing and discussing various topics to ensure that both British visitors and residents in Torrevieja, have the best conditions and the resolution of bureaucratic and health procedures is as effective and fast as possible.
