Approved the tender for the contracting of the drafting of the project and direction of the works of the actions at the Virgen del Carmen public school

The Local Government Board of the Torrevieja City Council has approved this morning the tender for the contracting of the drafting of the project and direction of the works of the actions at the Virgen del Carmen public school, within the framework of the Edificant Plan of the Generalitat Valencian.

Federico Alarcón, councilor-secretary of the JGL, has reported that the base bidding budget for the drafting of the project amounts to 60,369.87 euros, and the construction management amounts to 30,184.94 euros, so the total budget for the Contracting for the drafting of the project and direction of the works of the actions at the Virgen del Carmen school is 90,554.81 euros. The Torrevieja City Council invites four companies to draft this project.

The works to be carried out at the Virgen del Carmen public school, which have an investment of one million euros, include the elimination of fiber cement from the roof of the school, the complete repair of the sports courts and the comprehensive improvement of the education playground childish.
