The Domino's Super League, the official League of Legends league in Spain organized by LVP (GRUP MEDIAPRO), returns with its spring season on April 8th and will conclude on May 30th with a grand finale in person at the Torrevieja Municipal Theater. Tickets are now on sale.
The most important eSports competition in Spain kicks off with the same ten contenders as in the winter and a clear objective: to dethrone Los Heretics. The heretic team, winners of the last two editions of the Super League and also last winter season, aims to extend their reign for another split.
Barça eSports, VENI VIDI VICI and GIANTX PRIDE, second, third and fourth in the winter, respectively, lead the offensive to snatch the throne from Los Heretics. Meanwhile, Movistar KOI Fénix, UCAM Esports, LUA Gaming and Ramboot Club, who reached the Swiss phase in the winter, are confident of taking another step towards reaching the
Playoff battle. The last two teams from the regular season, Guasones and ZETA, hope to turn things around starting April 8.
The Domino's Super League repeats the format that was implemented in the winter season: a single-round regular season (9 rounds) that leads to a Swiss-style phase between the top eight teams. Only four advance to the playoffs. The two best teams in the Swiss-style play each other for a spot in the final: the winner gets a ticket to the playoffs.
Torrevieja; the loser will be relegated to the loser bracket, where they will face the winner of the other two qualifiers for second place in the final. The Torrevieja Municipal Theatre, which already hosted the final in 2024, is repeating as the venue.
stage to crown the Domino's Super League champion, in this case for the spring season. Tickets for the grand final, which will be held on May 30, are now on sale.
"We thank Torrevieja for continuing to support eSports and for once again placing its trust in the Domino's Super League. Last year we enjoyed a magnificent final, and we are confident that in 2025, we will once again present a spectacle that will delight the entire Torrevieja audience," explained Jordi Soler, CEO of LVP.
For his part, the Councilor for Youth, Domingo Paredes, stated that "we are very happy to once again host this event, which is followed by millions of young people, and Torrevieja is positioning itself as the city through which, in every edition of this league, the big teams must pass to win the championship title." This season, the Super League is sponsored by Domino's, KitKat, MediaMarkt, Cacaolat, Torrevieja City Council, Norauto, Universae, and Air Europa.
